Summer Works
After your RV has been hibernating all winter, don’t just cross your fingers and hope everything works! Our Summer Get-Ready Package gives you peace of mind and gets your RV road-trip ready.
We’ll:
- Cycle all major systems
- Perform a drop pressure test on the LP system
- De-winterize your unit (everything included in the de-winterization job)
- Visually Inspect Roof Seals
- Lubricate tongue jack, and locks
- Visually inspect tires and ensure they are at appropriate PSI
Let’s make sure your first trip of the season starts with adventure, not repairs!
Bearing Repack
Let’s talk about one of the unsung heroes of your trailer—the wheel bearings! These little guys sit snugly inside your trailer’s hubs, helping your wheels spin smoothly as you roll down the road. Think of them like the unsung backup dancers in a show: not flashy, but if they fail, the whole performance grinds to a halt (literally).
Over time, bearings get dirty, dry, or worn out—especially after sitting all winter or hauling heavy loads. Without proper grease and care, they can overheat, seize up, or even cause your wheel to come off mid-trip. (Yes, really. Nobody wants that kind of roadside excitement.)
That’s why bearing repacking is a must-do bit of TLC. We clean out the old grease, inspect for wear, apply fresh high-temp grease, and reseal everything tight. It’s like a spa day for your wheels—and it keeps your trailer rolling safely and smoothly.
The recommended interval is every year or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first). So if you’re due, let us check and repack those bearings. Your trailer (and your peace of mind) will thank you!
Roof Re-Seal
Rubber Roof Reseal: Keep the Water Out and the Adventures Rolling! 💧🚐
Your RV roof is your first line of defense against the elements—and like anything exposed to sun, rain, and time, the seals around your vents, edges, and seams can dry out, crack, or shrink. That’s where a rubber roof reseal comes in!
Think of it as sealing up the armor—before tiny leaks turn into big, expensive headaches. We inspect every seam, vent, skylight, and edge, then remove old, worn-out sealant and apply fresh, high-quality sealant where it’s needed most. No leaks. No water damage. Just peace of mind.
If it’s been over a year since your last roof check, your RV might be asking (quietly) for some sealant love. Let us help you keep things watertight and road-ready!
